This multi‑venue hospitality fitout at Edith Cowan University’s new City Campus brought together three distinct offerings; Bon Ton (125 m²), Grindhouse (40 m²) and Supernatural (50 m²), designed by Motivo Design Studio. Each venue was crafted with it’s own identity, supported by new internal structures, full services installation, engineered screeded floors, production kitchens, cool rooms and premium finishes that elevated the overall precinct.

Given the complexity of the site, RCG undertook extensive pre‑planning to refine the tender strategy and set the project up for success. Delivered within a tight eight‑week programme, the works required close coordination with Multiplex, ECU and the City of Perth, managing access, deliveries and plant mobilisation through Yagan Square. This collaborative approach ensured programme certainty, maintained quality standards and enabled a smooth delivery within a highly constrained environment.
