Renaissance Construction Group [RCG] is a WA-owned commercial construction company delivering high-quality projects through an experienced leadership team with both local and international construction expertise.

 

Our team have contributed to landmark projects across Western Australia, the UAE and parts of Europe, bringing global best practice, strong systems, and a collaborative delivery approach to every project.

  • Our team brings strong international construction expertise from complex projects overseas and in Western Australia. With members of our team having contributed to the delivery of major developments such as The Camfield, The Elford, Camilla Apartments and Karrinyup East Village.

  • We provide integrated project delivery, managing construction, contract administration, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination from project inception through to completion, ensuring a streamlined process and consistent project outcomes.

  • We foster long-term relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors through transparent communication, genuine collaboration and consistently reliable delivery, building trust that carries from one project to the next.

Anthony Tartaglia

DIRECTOR & CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

As Director and Construction Manager of Renaissance Construction Group, Anthony brings over 20 years of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across Western Australia and internationally in Dubai, UAE.

 

With a project portfolio exceeding $300 million, Anthony has built deep expertise in construction methodology, programming and design over his two decades of experience in the construction industry. Anthony’s strong ability in liaising with clients, consultants, and architects ensures a collaborative and seamless project delivery process. On site, he sets the benchmark for quality and safety, leading by example to achieve safe work environments.

 

With Anthony’s leadership, technical capability, and proven project execution experience, Renaissance Construction Group has grown with our experience to be consistently trusted as the builder of choice for major clients throughout Western Australia.

DOMENIC DI VIRGILIO

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Domenic has been in this role since RCG’s inception in 2021 and brings extensive leadership experience from his time on the board of Western Australian industry leader DVG, where he helped achieve top client satisfactions and staff retention results.

 

His focus at Renaissance is ensuring the expectations of all internal and external stakeholders are consistently exceeded, driving strong operational performance across every project.

DOMENIC TARTAGLIA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Domenic leads the financial operations of RCG with the expertise he has built across multiple industry sectors, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality and professional services.

 

He applies strong forecasting and cash-flow planning skills to oversee monthly financial reviews, ensuring every project aligns with budget, resource planning and forecast cost to completion.

MARINA RIDOLFO

PRACTICE MANAGER & ACCOUNTS

Marina brings extensive experience across administration and financial management. She oversees the accounts and financial operations for Renaissance Construction Group, providing the vital support that enable the operations team to focus on delivering projects efficiently and successfully.

 

Known for her proactive approach and her ability to manage complex financial processes with accuracy and precision, Marina ensures the company’s financial systems run seamlessly. Her contribution plays a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the Renaissance Team.

AARON JOHN

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

With over 15 years of senior management experience across complex construction, resources and infrastructure projects across Regional and Metro areas of Western Australia, Aaron brings the capability to deliver high‑value, technically challenging works.

 

He combines strong project and commercial management skills with expertise in design development, value engineering and SIMOPS coordination, while striving to improve safety, quality and client outcomes. His technical knowledge and collaborative approach support effective stakeholder integration and successful delivery

JAMES CANTWELL

SITE MANAGER

James is a highly capable and driven Site Manager with over 5 years’ experience across multiples construction sectors, including commercial, infrastructure, high-end mixed-use and residential projects across Western Australia and parts of Europe.

 

James’ onsite experience is supported by a bachelor’s degree in construction management and engineering, as well as previous experience in the construction industry prior to studies. James is recognised for his strong leadership, clear communication and commitment to achieving outstanding project outcomes.

 

He motivates his site teams to deliver on time and on budget while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. His technical expertise and strategic management style ensure every project is completed efficiently and to the standard expected of Renaissance Construction Group.

SHANE ABBOTT

SITE SUPERVISOR

Shane is a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with over 13 years’ experience in the commercial fitout and construction industry.

 

Underpinned by his qualifications as a carpenter and a Diploma of Building & Construction, he has successfully delivered a wide range of projects including hospitality fitouts, commercial retails spaces and large-scale grocery and fast-food outlets. Shane brings extensive knowledge across all aspects of construction, with particular focus on interior fitouts.

 

Renowned for his attention to detail, hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining safe and efficient work sites, Shane consistently drives quality, safety and precision on every project to ensure works are delivered to the highest standard.

ALESSIA RAPATTONI

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Alessia is a dedicated Project Administrator with experience in the fitout and construction industry as an Interior Designer.

 

She plays a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the operations of our site team to achieve seamless delivery. Alessia also assists with the tender process of pricing jobs, helping to ensure accurate and competitive submissions. She is recognised for her strong attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to maintaining high standards on every project.

 

Alessia also supports HSEQ management on site, helping to ensure safe, compliant, and well-coordinated works that meet the standards of Renaissance Construction Group.
