RCG delivered the complete fitout for Grain Bakery’s second Perth store, building on the design direction established in their Lathlain flagship. Working closely with Motivo Design Studio, the team carried the brand’s warm, refined aesthetic into a new venue, ensuring it felt like a natural continuation of their identity while supporting the operational needs of a growing business.

With a tight five‑week programme, RCG collaborated closely with the client to align budget, sequencing and design intent from the outset. A disciplined construction approach and careful coordination of trades ensured the fitout progressed smoothly, meeting the client’s deadline and positioning Grain Bakery for the next stage of their expansion.
