Designed by Quality Design Solutions, RCG delivered the construction of a new warehouse facility, developing the site into a high‑quality industrial asset with a strong commercial outcome for the client. The project involved shaping the building from the ground up, integrating the structural elements, services and fitout required to bring the design to life and prepare the facility for market.

Delivered within a seven‑month programme, the works demanded disciplined planning and careful coordination with Work Safe and tower‑crane operators to safely manage high‑risk tilt‑panel lifting operations. Throughout construction, RCG maintained firm programme control, rigorous safety oversight and consistent quality management, ensuring the development progressed smoothly from early works through to completion.
