For their second project with us, SOEL engaged RCG to deliver a 1,400 m² childcare facility designed by MPS Architects, incorporating a welcoming reception, indoor play spaces, outdoor play areas, a commercial‑grade kitchen, amenities, a dedicated laundry, offices and staff facilities, and a full refurbishment of the existing baby pod. The design intent focused on creating a calm, engaging environment that supports early learning while making the most of the building’s footprint.

Delivered within a nine‑month programme, RCG kept the project progressing smoothly through clear communication, close collaboration with the client and a practical, hands‑on approach to decision‑making. Regular milestone walk-throughs helped maintain confidence in both cost and programme, ensuring a steady and transparent delivery from start to finish.
