RCG undertook the full development of the site, transforming the land into a purpose‑built industrial facility ready for market. The project involved establishing the foundations of the precinct, constructing the main building structure and integrating all required services and operational elements to deliver a high‑quality, fully functional asset.

Delivered within a nine‑month programme, the works required disciplined planning and close coordination with Work Safe and tower‑crane operators to safely manage tilt‑panel lifting operations. Throughout the build, RCG maintained strong programme control, rigorous safety management and consistent quality oversight, ensuring the development progressed smoothly from groundworks through to completion.
